Named after a Chicago politician from the wild and woolly 1940s,
Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill provides an authentic American
atmosphere featuring art deco light fixtures, circa 1940s music,
woodwork and tile patterns typical of the era, and a gigantic
mural depicting vintage Chicago nightlife. The posters, newspaper
clippings, neon sign and electric train circling overhead add
to the ambience and help make each visit to Dan Ryan’s
a unique and enjoyable experience.
In addition to having several beers available, Dan Ryan’s
has a menu that includes American classics such as hamburgers
and a Reuben sandwich, as well as several kinds of pasta,
salads and much, much more. A word of warning, though: in
addition to serving Chicago-themed cuisine, they serve American
portions! Located right across the road from theTaipei Arena,
Dan Ryan’s is the ideal spot for a post-game beer and
a bite to eat.
