several traditional and authentic food from major Asian Countries.
LOTZ FOOD set their motto as “variety in one” and
created special set buffet meal, All you can eat by order. There
are 20 set menu to choose from for Dinner, 15 for Lunch and
8 sets Tea Time menu. Each dish is prepared to surprise you
with the uniqueness of Asian Cuisine and the taste of Asian
Culture through food. There will be a Night Bar entertainment
after 9.30pm.
Jean- Marc Cauquil, Lotz Food Head Chef
Jean Marc Cauquil is a pioneer Culinary artist who have been
working around the world; incl: London, India, New Zealand
and France and have worked with the famous French Chef Gille
Furtin. Jean Marc, while working as the Head Chef at Sandy
Lane, a five stars authentic restaurant in India, also had
the honor of the few chosen to serve former U.S. President
Bill Clinton. Having spent 8 years in Taiwan, Jean Marc invented
about 800 new dishes just within the past year.
So, come to be one of the few lucky one to experience the
